Announcements for Week of October 13

Hey all!  I hope everyone enjoyed our first practice last Thursday.

 

PRACTICE

 

Monday Practice will be at the Arc Pavilion from 6-8 pm.

Thursday Practice will be in Sci Lec 123 from 7:30-10 pm.

Friday Office hours will be at the 5th floor of the Hutchinson Parking Structure from 4-6 pm.

• For those who would like extra practice on music, movements, stuns, or all of the above, you should come to office hours!
• You can also come to hang out if you’d like!

EVENTS

FUNDRAISING

• We’re planning to go to Warrior Dash again!
  • Warrior Dash will be located again at Esparto, CA this coming October 18 from 12:30-7pm.
  • We need 6 more people to attend. 
  • Please check the facebook event and reply there if you can attend by Thursday, October 16.
  • If you’d like an invite to the facebook event, add any of the officers as friends and we will personally invite you!

PUBLICITY

• There is an Activities Fair on Wednesday, October 15 at the West Quad from 10 am to 2 pm
  • Come help out if you can or just come to say hi!
  • Eva needs help!
• We will be tabling this week on October 14 and 17
  • Come say hi or help out if you’d like!

PERFORMANCE 

• We will be performing at the SCC for the grand opening of the AB540 center on Oct 21 at 6 pm
  • Come support and say hi if you’d like!
• We’re also performing at the UC Davis School of Medicine Education Building for the PHAC Health Fair on Oct 26 at 12 pm
